2011 Specialized SX Images And Specs

For 2011 Specialized discontinued the Demo 7 model. To fill its shoes they have reconfigured the SX Trail into a longer travel version.

* 30mm-wide custom DT Swiss F550 rims withstand punishment from rocky downhill runs and hard landings
* Custom SRAM Descendant 9-speed double crankset with alloy arms and Gamut shift guide lets you hammer down - and up - the steepest trails
* Venerable Fox 36 Van RC2 fork with 180mm of travel and adjustable high and low-speed compression keeps brake dive and square-edge bumps at bay
* Specialized Butcher SX 26 x 2.3" soft dual compound front and rear tires off great traction with Monster Team approved tread, with a lightweight casing
*
* Avid Code X.0 hydraulic brakes offer precision modulation and power; carbon levers feature tool-free reach and pad contact adjustment for confidence in the cockpit
* Specialized Hi Lo disc front hub with 20mm thru-axle is paired with a Cr-Mo axle rear hub with sealed cartridge bearings for the best combination of strength and weight
* M5 manipulated alloy frame with 180mm of travel, ORE tubing, ISCG mount, and replaceable derailleur hanger creates a tough and maneuverable bike for backwoods huck sessions
* Fox DHX RC4 rear shock provides a combination of externally adjustable high and low-speed compression, and bottom out control for high speed bump mastery
